The Strategy Group VI, LLC (TSG) is a United States Virgin Islands-based (USVI) Limited Liability Company and a certified Minority Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (M/DBE) founded in early 2019. TSG offers its clients three service lines: Tax Solutions, Business Solutions and Public Relations and Marketing (PR+M). TSG is quickly becoming the professional services firm of choice in the USVI and abroad.


The Project Manager at TSG will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of highly complex and time sensitive projects across the company. You will supervise multiple project teams, working alongside key stakeholders to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. Being a reliable and credible advisor to clients, the Project Manager leads by example and values knowledge sharing. The Project Manager is a self-motivated/self-starter who is able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

General Responsibilities:

  • Leads project teams and effectively manages all deliverables for 2-3 medium/large projects with various clients (government services, private sector, internal, etc.)
  • Provides clients with recommendations/best practices to accomplish project outcomes on-time and within budget
  • Develops high quality deliverables to achieve shared goals/objectives/needs
  • Builds client relationships and effectively partners with client(s), stakeholders, and management
  • Conducts independent research and utilizes a methodical approach to problem solve
  • Thoughtfully and collaboratively designs work plans, supervises staff to achieve project/company objectives
  • Proactively anticipates potential roadblocks and works to overcome them (escalating where necessary)
  • Identifies key issues and/or challenges picking the best choice among alternatives (consults with others where appropriate)
  • Makes timely decisions and takes proper actions reflective of business and client objectives
  • Builds trust-based relationships while leveraging and enhancing them to achieve results; creating greater opportunities to serve clients
  • Coaches and mentors Project Coordinators
  • Maintains flexible schedule to meet all project deadlines tracking and managing time responsibly

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience
  • Strong business writing skills
  • Facilitation and presentation skills (in person & virtually)
  • Proficient in using Project Management tools, templates, and systems (WBS, Project Schedule Software, Charter, Risk/Issue Log, Project documentation (agenda, minutes, action items, status reporting, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification
  • Proposal writing experience
  • Process improvement experience
  • Consulting with Government Services experience
  • United States Virgin Islands resident
