CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
TSG Founder John Engerman is a fiscal management professional with over 25 years of experience with international public accounting firms, having acted as a consultant to Fortune 1000 companies, federal agencies, and Ivy League institutions. Prior to his achievements in financial advisory, John served in the United States Navy for 15 years. His combined experience has translated into deep expertise in developing strategic plans that support revenue growth in both the public and private sectors, generating cost savings across local and state governments, and creating processes and policies that promote efficiency.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Steve Lowe is TSG’s Chief Financial Officer. He is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of experience delivering accounting, assurance, and financial advisory services. Steve is tasked with oversight of the financial health and integrity of the company, providing information and expertise to promote prudent business decisions, analyze, forecast, and review financial data, report financial performance, prepare budgets and implement controls. Prior to joining TSG, Steve was the founder of an independent financial advisory firm that helps clients meet their core financial goals and objectives.
Lindsay Askew leads TSG’s Business Solutions service line as COO/Executive Advisor. He is an experienced executive whose career is centered around compliance, oversight, change management, process optimization, and vendor engagement. Lindsay believes that governments and organizations can better serve constituents, achieve better outcomes, and get the most out of human and capital resources by leveraging project management discipline and oversight. He has worked for years with organizations in the development, implementation, and management of Project Management Offices (PMO) to guide mission critical and/or complex efforts.
PR + MARKETING
As one of the USVI’s leading communications experts, Cassandra Dunn serves as Executive Advisor for TSG’s Public Relations and Marketing service line. She has over four decades of success in public relations, marketing, grant writing and related consulting services for a wide array of clients in the VI and on the mainland. Prior to joining TSG, Cassandra founded WSW, a public relations and strategic communications firm. She also served as Director of Corporate Communications and spokesperson for the V.I. Water and Power Authority, earning the utility several federal and local awards for community-focused initiatives.
Co-Executive Advisor, Financial Services
Shavon Feracho is an experienced compliance manager, tax associate, and team leader with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client portfolios and relationships. Shavon’s initiative and drive has earned her increased recognition and responsibility at top national and regional accounting and business firms and given her the opportunity to directly enhance her teams, manage offices, and serve as a strategic advisor.
As TSG’s Compliance Manager, Shavon is responsible for the organization and execution of financial, operational, and compliance audits, testing and analysis associated with audit projects; and identifying potential areas of compliance risk.
Co-Executive Advisor, Financial Services
Stephanie McKinnerney is a tax expert with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in corporate accounting. Beginning her career as an Assistant Controller for the Marriott International Brand, Stephanie’s focus has remained in individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns. She held several staff positions at premiere accounting firms in Colorado before establishing her own company, Spruce Accounting Services, Inc. in 2004. Her extensive knowledge of tax regulations and laws, organization and time management have enabled her to remain in leadership roles while expanding her reach to the Caribbean through work with BDO, USVI LLC, and The Strategy Group.
